This notice describes how WILHOITE & CO, LLC (“Elaris”, “we”) handles information collected through this public marketing website at elariswfm.com.
It covers this website only. The Elaris workforce management platform is in development and is not generally available. When the platform begins processing customer or workforce data, that processing will be governed by separate documentation and contractual terms, not by this notice.
What this website collects
The early-access form on this site asks for:
- your name;
- your work email address;
- your company;
- your role;
- optionally, a description of what you are hoping Elaris can help with.
Only the first four are required. Nothing else is requested, and the site does not ask for a telephone number, headcount, payroll information, employee records, credentials or any workforce dataset.
If you email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to put in that email.
Like any website, this site is served by a web host that processes the technical information needed to deliver a page — for example the requested address and standard request metadata.
Please do not send sensitive information
This is a public marketing form, not a secure channel. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through it — including health information, government identifiers, financial account details, credentials or passwords, employee-level workforce records, or customer data belonging to your organization. If you need to discuss something of that kind, contact us first and we will agree an appropriate channel.
How the information is used
Information you submit through the form or by email is used to:
- respond to your enquiry;
- understand interest in Elaris;
- evaluate participation in early access;
- communicate with you about your enquiry and about the product.
We do not sell this information, we do not share it for advertising, and submitting the form does not add you to a marketing mailing list. There is no newsletter on this site.
Analytics and cookies
The code for this website contains no analytics, advertising pixel, session recording, marketing automation or third-party chat widget, and no cookie-setting code. It includes no JavaScript, and its fonts and stylesheets are served from this site rather than from a third-party content delivery network.
Who else handles it
This website is hosted by Netlify, which serves the pages and receives submissions from the early-access form on our behalf. Form submissions are stored in our account with Netlify so that we can read and respond to them, and Netlify applies automated spam filtering (Akismet) to those submissions before we see them. Email you send to the address below is handled by our email provider.
These providers handle the information in order to provide those services to us. We have not published a full subprocessor list for this website; if you need to know more about how a specific provider handles your enquiry, write to us and ask.
How long we keep it
We keep early-access enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and to manage early-access participation, and we review them periodically rather than keeping them indefinitely. We have not fixed a specific retention period for this website, and we would rather say so than publish a number we do not yet follow. Detailed retention and deletion practices will be documented as the product and its supporting processes mature.
Your choices
Write to us at the address below and we will tell you what enquiry information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will do that for anyone who asks, whether or not the law where you live requires it. Depending on where you live you may have further rights; we will honour applicable rights when a request is made.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new date above.
