These terms govern your use of this website at elariswfm.com, operated by WILHOITE & CO, LLC (“Elaris”, “we”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms cover this website only. The Elaris workforce management platform is in development and is not generally available. If and when you are given access to the platform, that access will be governed by a separate written agreement, not by these terms.

What this site is

This is a marketing website. It describes what Elaris is being designed to do. It is not an offer, a commitment to deliver a particular capability, or a promise of a release date.

Every figure, chart, queue, interval and calculation trace shown on this site is illustrative and synthetic. The interface images are not screenshots of a working product and are labelled as such. Do not rely on them as evidence of product behaviour.

The early-access form

You may use the early-access form to ask us to contact you. Please give accurate information, and please do not submit sensitive personal information, credentials, employee records or customer data belonging to your organization through it — it is a public marketing form, not a secure channel. How we handle what you send is described in our Privacy Notice.

Submitting the form does not create any agreement between us, does not guarantee a reply, and does not entitle you to access the platform. We decide who takes part in early access.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to this site or anything connected to it, interfere with its operation, submit automated or bulk form submissions, or use the site in a way that breaks the law.

Our content

The content of this site — text, layout, design, the Elaris name and the Elaris wordmark — belongs to WILHOITE & CO, LLC, except where stated otherwise. You may read, share and quote it with attribution. You may not present it as your own or use the Elaris name or mark to suggest a relationship, endorsement or partnership that does not exist.

The typefaces used on this site (Instrument Sans, IBM Plex Sans and IBM Plex Mono) are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and remain the property of their respective authors. Their licences are published alongside the font files.

No warranty

This site is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, and we do not promise that the information on it is complete or current. We may change or remove any part of it at any time without notice.

Nothing on this site is professional, legal, workforce-management or operational advice for your organization.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, WILHOITE & CO, LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Where this site links to somewhere else, we do not control that destination and are not responsible for it.

Changes

If these terms change, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new date above. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
